Design Thinking in the Social Performance Master Programme

Complex challenges rarely have straightforward solutions. They require curiosity, collaboration and the ability to explore different perspectives before deciding what to do next. As part of the Social Performance Master Programme, I designed and facilitated a Design Thinking module that helped participants tackle real-world challenges from their own practice. Working together, they explored stakeholder perspectives, reframed problems and generated new ideas before moving towards action.

The module introduced a more creative and participatory way of working, helping participants discover the value of slowing down, exploring possibilities and building shared understanding before jumping to solutions.

Looking to bring creativity into learning, reflection, or exploration? I design and facilitate workshops for schools, universities, and organizations that make room for new perspectives. Let’s explore what we could create together. Feel free to contact me.
