Learning design & facilitation
Learning design works well if people with different preferences can all learn at their ease/preference, using state of the art technology and creativity tools. I use a mix of self study, coaching and f2f learning. I identify opportunities to bring learnings into practice and facilite knowledge sharing. In the facilitation I create a fun, safe and inclusive space where there is space for mistakes and experiment.
Co-creation & partnerships
Co-creation is a deep dive into the essence of a challenge together with stakeholders and communities involved, creating space for all views and a new solution or idea. Together with partners Co-creation encourages people to let go of their individual interests and work towards a common outcome together. It is about creating value for all.
Engagement & participation strategies
In times of transition it is important to understand the complexity of projects, the stakeholder landscape and the social environment. All relevant interests and view point should be researched and taken into account to come to an integrated approach. With a systematic identification, analysis, planning and implementation of actions is it possible to have conversations early in the project phase and all parties are informed and/or consulted over time.
Team work & coaching
In some situation it is difficult to be effective as individual or as team. Taking some time to reflect with a coach can be helpfull. For individuals I can help with personal and carreer development. For teams I can support with deep democracy technics which will gives space for the alternative voice, so tensions in the team can be reduced.
