The SP Master Course is comprised of virtual learning, 1:1 coaching, a 4-day face to face session, a SP Peer Assist and workplace integration. Participants are selected carefully so they can share their SP experiences and challenges in the course and learn from both the facilitator and each other.

In 2019 I included a Design Thinking Module to help them to solve problems with creativity. We worked on a challenge and involved key stakeholders in the session. The first step was to understand the challenge in depth, followed by step 2, creating common understanding of the challenge and choosing the focus. We generated many ideas with on open mindset, made clusters and presented these to the group. Participants realised that spending more time to generate ideas is absolutely worth it!
