In order to understand fenceline communities, it is important to research who their members are, what drives them, what they fear, what they need, how they consume media, what information they want from Shell and through which channels they want it. Tailored communication programmes and stakeholder engagement activities are measured in reviews

Tasks
• Identify and select research supplier
• Set up and approve research content
• Make relevant segmentations
• Translate outcome to communication plan and stakeholder engagement and measure results in reviews
• Review facilitation for respective sites with good results
• Participation in review team at Shell sites in Germany and Denmark
