I am a creative innovator and engagement professional who likes to look at challenges from different angles, with a diverse group of people. Now the world is becoming more and more complex, we need to analyse a question better and explore new ways of working. I use creative-, design-, and systems thinking, visualisation, deep democracy to create understanding and generate better solutions and buy-in.
I work parttime in a business environment and design, implement and facilitate “blended learning strategies” for an international target audience in the field of social performance. Additionally I work for institutions who want to look at their complex challenges from a different lens. Examples are schools, educational organisations and network clubs.
