Many Shell Pernis & Moerdijk staff will retire in the next few years and will need to be replaced. With growing youth unemployment in the area, there is a need to build skills and interest in technical careers. The Chocolate Challenge VMBO Roadshow, a simulation game with M&Ms, motivates pupils to choose a technical education path. Process operators from the site share their experiences. This project is part of a broader educational programme targeting all decision moments and education levels
