In the basis course of Social Performance I teach people how to manage social impacts. For a global company it is important that we have a standard approach which is embedded in the organisation. Participants from different locations bring their unique social performance challenges to the course. My aim is to find the good balance between prescribing the SP Manual and enable the participants to come with creative solutions.

In Oman I integrated a business partnering Module which was appreciated very much. In Houston I asked the participants to draw the SP planning process, which led to the following results.
